Sarah Kennedy, MSc Candidate
Fresh after completing her BSc in Environmental Science and spending a summer working at the Columbia Icefield, Sarah returned to the lab. Sarah loves helping others, fiddling with instrumentations, and programming data loggers! Her undergraduate research focused on agricultural applications of soil gas monitoring using our mobile gas sensing technique, and her MSc work involves using surface flux chambers to measure and quantify soil gas migration from oil and gas wells in western Canada. Sarah is from Sackville, Nova Scotia and she enjoys spending time at the beach, riding and fixing her gravel bike, cooking and baking, creating art, and being with her sisters.
