Geethasri Rakonda, MACS Cand

Geetha is from Hyderabad, India. She earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from Methodist College of Engineering and Technology, an affiliated college with Osmania University. After graduation, she realized her interest in Data Analysis and Machine learning. To start her career in Data Science she joined StFX as a Masters student in Applied Computer Science. She is configuring the Weather Forecasting Model (WRF) for our methane work. This model be used in our long-term monitoring projects of oil and gas out west. In Geetha’s free time she likes to cook, bake and spend time with friends. But recently most of her leisure time involves exploring and learning new skills.
