Emmaline Atherton, MSc

Emmaline (Emmy) is an accomplished graduate of Dalhousie Earth Sciences and finished her MSc at StFX in the Spring of 2017. Her primary individual research project involves mobile emissions surveying of energy developments in northern British Columbia.  However, Emmy is also our ‘big-picture’ data analyst, because she understands the entire mobile survey analysis process, its physical and geochemical dimensions involved, and each of the thousands of lines of code built and refined over the past 6 years. As such, she has a role in multiple lab projects, involving energy development emissions in the US, Alberta, and Saskatchewan.
