Alex Marshall, MSc

Alex completed an honours BSc in physics at StFX and a MSc in applied Mathematics at Western, both of which were focused on computational physics. He uses his programming skills to aid in the detection of industrial gas emissions, and is the resident “techspert” when it comes to mobile fugitive emissions sampling, and actively supports and coordinates the various teams conducting mobile survey campaigns in the field.  At present his main project relates to sensor package miniaturization, and emissions detection from vessels of opportunity using advanced algorithms.
